Lingamgate - “No Further Action!”
Status of the VK Lingam video
In a written answer to the question by Wee Choo Keong (PKR-Wangsa Maju) on the action taken by the Attorney-General’s Chambers on the VK Lingam video on judicial fixing, the prime minister said that four investigation papers were initiated by the Anti-Corruption Agency (now known as the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission).
Three of the investigation documents were sent to the AG’s Chambers for further action whilst one of it was marked as ‘no further action’ by the director of legal and prosecution affairs.
This was because it was found that there was not enough evidence to back up the accusation under the Anti-Corruption Act 1997 (before it was abolished), said the prime minister.
According to the written answer, out of three documents that were sent to the AG’s Chambers, two were labelled as ‘no further action’ as there were no concrete evidence, but one was now under the purview of the AG for further investigation.

Not surprised. We know these idiots running our country are just acting. They already got the ending to the story scripted well before anything else. This means that no one is above BN. Not even the Royal Commission!
Peng. Yes, and they are so keen on chasing cars and rounding up cows!
So very convenient for BN.
