Sunday Special Is Back Again!
Perak fell. Perakians are disappointed, frustrated, angry, tired, and furious over the take-over. Who could blame them! Yes many of us who are not residents of Perak feel along with them.
But today I’m not going to touch on politics but on something which everybody enjoys! And hopefully it will take your mind off from your frustration for a few minute!
Yes, food! It’s been a long time since I last blogged about my cooking ( I bet many of you didn’t know I cook). So here it is:

My Chinese New Year Dishes
Taukua with Ikan Bilis Kerabu         Prawns and Cucumber Kerabu
1) Stir-fry Broccoli and Cauliflower with Ginko, Shittake Mushroom and Soya Bean Stick (Tiek Gah Kee). 2) Claypot Prawns with Fish Maw and Fresh Wild Mushroom
Traditional Paranakan CNY Sweets
1) Longan with Ginko stewed in syrup and pandan leaves. 2) Kuih Loyang and Kuih Kapek (Compliments from a friend)
