Two Wrongs Don’t Make A Right!

To a question, he said the takeover of the Perak state government by the BN was done correctly.

“Please ask Pakatan why they started this. They were talking about forming the government on Sept 16. This is the principle that they mentioned, that they accepted and tried to put into practice.”

They wanted to topple the federal government by stealing 31 BN members of parliament. It was not the BN. Ask them,” said Najib who is also the Perak BN chair.  - Malaysiakini

I’ve been reading and hearing this same excuse from him when asked if the take over was done correctly.

The reason Bota assemblyperson Nasaruddin Hashim, who within 10 days, re-defected to Umno after joining PKR was for Najib to turn around and say, “Look who started it all?” Nasaruddin wasn’t really going to jump ship. He did so that they have an excuse to point it back to Pakatan!

Abdullah Badawi did say tha Nasaruddin was “weak” when he cross over to Pakatan. What about him now since he has defected back to BN? Doesn’t it make him even weaker? And why would BN wants a “weak” assemblyman for Bota? And what about the two PKR and the DAP assemblypersons? People who cross over are weak people, so why take them in?

The question is, “Do you think what Pakatan wanted to do was wrong?”

If so, then why did you do what they wanted to do? If you think stealing is wrong, why did you steal? Just because they wnated to steal, it gives the right to steal? It’s just like saying, if they can do it, we can do it too - right or wrong! Tit for tat. An eye for an eye! If you can’t beat them, join them.

Where are your principles?

TWO WRONGS DON’T MAKE A RIGHT!
