Anwar Ibrahim

Desperate times, need desperate measures! Arrest Anwar? They must be really, really desperate. Why? Time is running out for them and they know it. So they have to act quick. I mean, consider the reason for the arrest. It’s all based on one police report and the word of the so called victim. Have they recorded Anwar’s statement? Have they listened to Anwar’s story? It’s a one-sided story and Anwar was arrested for it.

What about all the other allegations that was reported recently? Like the Statutory Declaration by RPK on Rosmah? The Statutory Declaration on Najib? The police report by Anwar against the IGP and AG? What actions has been taken? You mean to tell me that there were no truth in it at all? But the police report on Anwar is true?  That’s why the arrest?

”I doubt Anwar will be released tonight as this is a very serious allegation and there are a lot of things to be investigated and the police must carry this out fully,” he said. (Syed Hamid)

Syed Hamid dismissed Anwar’s claims that the accusations levelled by a former aide were a government conspiracy, and discounted the prospect of mass demonstrations if the opposition leader is charged with sodomy.

“There is no conspiracy as Anwar likes to point out. Every time he is detained he claims it’s a conspiracy, this is mind conditioning and we will make sure that no one is above the law.”

Syed Hamid said that it is a a serious allegation, that’s why the police needs to do more investigations. I agree. But how about the allegations against Rosmah, Najib, IGP and AG? Isn’t that more serious? An innocent lady murdered and Anwar was bodily harmed. So get down to those allegations too. Get the police to arrest them!

And he said, there were no government conspiracy. That’s what he said - and we don’t have to believe it either.  Like we would believe that! But when it comes to allegation against Najib it’s a political conspiracy to tarnish his image.

And no one is above the law? Then get Rosmah, Najib, IPG and AG.  Oh right, they are innocent. Or maybe they are above the law! All the allegations against them are lies and fabricated and politically motivated. Only the allegation against Anwar is serious and true! So arrest Anwar! And let the rest free! Welcome to Malaysia!  Again Malaysia Boleh!

Police: We Have Successfully Created Chaos!

Success

The Star.

PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has defended the police for setting up roadblocks around the city in anticipation of a public demonstration, causing massive traffic jams.

The police, meanwhile, said the roadblocks would continue as they have been “successful”.

The Prime Minister blamed the situation on those who planned to hold demonstrations and said the police were only doing their job of maintaining order and public safety.

“The police are trying to reduce hindrances and traffic jams (that would be caused if the demonstration go on) too,” he said, adding that businesses and shops expected the police to ensure disturbances do not occur.

“But at the same time the demonstrators say police have no business disturbing them. The police have a responsibility in ensuring there is no trouble,” he said.

What nonsence is he mumbling about? In the first place who and where were the ‘demonstrators?” Was there really a planned demonstration as claimed by the Home Ministry?  As long as I can see, the 1,600 police officers are the only one there, and of course the thousands of motorist who got trapped in the jam. And according to the Home Minister Syed Hamid, they have intelligence reports that there was going to be a massive demonstration. And the best part is that the so called “intelligence reports” are but two obscure blogs and a couple of SMSes. And that is their “intelligence reports!!!” Is that a joke? And because of that they have to set up roadblocks and mobilized 1,600 police officers and create massive traffic jams and havoc for the people. Read the rest of this entry »

Living On A Prayer

Posted in MUSIC, LIFE, SMILE, MALAYSIA, VIDEO on July 10th, 2008

Atlantuya, Lingamgate, March 8 Elections, SAPP, No-confidence motion against PM, Fuel price hike, Food price hike, Inflation, RPK’s Statutory Declaration against Rosmah, Sodomy allegation against Anwar, Balasubramaniam Statutory Declaration against Najib, Bala Disappearance, you blamed me, I blamed you, you accused me, I accused you, etc, and I’m sure there will be a lot more issues to come. There is no way bloggers can stop blogging with all these issues.

I thought I leave you this song Livn’ On A Prayer by Bon Jovi to encourage all of of us in these strange and uncertain times here in Malaysia. That’s all we got at this moment living on a prayer. Prayer that our nation will turn around and come back to it’s glory again. “Whooah, were half way there Livin on a prayer Take my hand and well make it - I swear Livin on a prayer”

Well, as for me I’ll be taking a short tiny break - but not a strike as some bloggers did! Will be back in a couple of days. We take our cars for services. We go for medical check-up. Well, my notebook needs a service and check up too. It will be resting for a couple days. Till then check the sites at my blogroll and enjoy the music and be encouraged.

Livin’ On A Prayer

Once upon a time
Not so long ago

Tommy (Thamby) used to work on the docks
Unions been on strike
He’s down on his luck…it’s tough, so tough
Gina (Gita) works the diner all day
Working for her man, she brings home her pay
For love - for love

She says we’ve got to hold on to what we’ve got
cause it doesn’t make a difference
If we make it or not
We’ve got each other and that’s a lot
For love - well give it a shot

Chorus:
Whooah, we’re half way there
Livin’ on a prayer
Take my hand and we’ll make it - I swear
Livin’ on a prayer

Tommy’s (Thamby’s) got his six string in hock
Now he’s holding in what he used
To make it talk - so tough, it’s tough
Gina (Gita) dreams of running away
When she cries in the night
Tommy (Thamby) whispers baby it’s okay, someday

We’ve got to hold on to what we’ve got
cause it doesn’t make a difference
If we make it or not
We’ve got each other and that’s a lot
For love - well give it a shot

We’ve got to hold on ready or not
You live for the fight when its all that you’ve got

Who Are They All Linked To?

Najib The Love Guru

Murder! Denial! Conspiracy! Money! Sex! Disappearance! It’s all there! Politics at it’s best! Hollywood and Bollywood put together, couldn’t have come up with a better script!

One was believed to be a lover and blackmailer, demanding USD500,000 from the DPM as part of her share in an arm deal. She was blown to ashes by C4 and now 3 suspects are charged for the murder.

Another sang a different tune within 24 hours, claiming in the Statutory Declaration that the DPM is involved but then changed his mind and made another SD claiming the first one is false. Confusing!.No one knows which is true and which is false. Since then, he has disappeared with his whole family. Who is behind the disappearance?

Then another who never make the grade, decided to go back to do his study and applied for scholarship - of all the places to DPM office. And not only that, it was said that he had been sodomized and very traumatized by what had happened. Who did he go for ‘counselling?’ Yes, none other than the DPM. And he too, has gone in hiding - now under police protection.

Lastly, there is the broker from the submarine deal. He was charged for the murder of the Mongolian beauty, with two others. He was a close friend, consultant, and broker to the DPM. And of course, he claimed he was innocent.

That’s the plot. You make your own conclusion!

Another Went Into Hiding

Bala And Saiful

They came and they disappeared. One made a police report and went into hiding. The other made a Statutory Declaration, retracted it, made a new one  and he too went into hiding. Why and what are they afraid of? If they are telling the truth why go into hiding? Who is going to hurt them? Or were they told to disappear so that the media or other party can’t get to them? When RPK made the SD, he didn’t go into hiding, it was business as usual. Why? Because he got nothing to hide! That’s why, Oh except his website, Malaysia Today had been hacked! And these guy came, became famous for the few hours and disappeared. Most likely, they have joined the rank of the millionaire’s row.

Balasubramaniam in hiding? NST

Aiyo! What Is The Truth Now?

Posted in LIFE, PICTURE TALK, AROUND THE BLOG, MALAYSIA, NEWS on July 4th, 2008

P. Balasubramaniam

This is the latest: PI retracts stunning statutory declaration. (Malaysiakini News)

Now the whole nation is confused. Within 24 hours he changed his mind and made another new Statutory Declaration, with a new lawyer! So which is which? What is the problem with this guy? He said he made the earlier SD under duress. Under duress my foot! How can someone just changed his mind so fast? He said he was under duress when he signed the police statement about the murder case. Now he is under duress again.

Are we saying here that anybody can just make a Statutory Declaration and then the next minute declared it as void and then make another and says, this is the real one. So what is the SD for? And which is real and which is not? Simply because he said he was under duress! This is absurb! He should be charged for making a false SD in the first place if the latest one is true! He is taking the whole nation for a ride.

Your head should be under a thorny durian!!! Not under duress! Another Bollywood production. Let me just say this; He is a millionaire now! Period!

They Speak With Forked Tongue

Najib Razak

If he says it… it’s the truth. And everybody elses are lies!

Here is thing; Everytime he, Najib says something - it’s supposed to be the truth. When asked to comment on both the Statutory Declarations by RPK and Balasubramaniam, he said; “it’s a lie, fabricated, malicious, out to taint his political image. his wife is innocent, he had never, never met Atlantuya before.” In other words, RPK and Balasubramaniam are telling lies. They are liars! And everything he says is the TRUTH!

Here is another so called ‘truth.’ DPM admits meeting sodomy complainant - as reported in Malaysiakini.

In a new twist, Deputy Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak today admitted that he met Saiful Bukhari Azlan a few days before the latter lodged a police report against Anwar Ibrahim for alleged sodomy.

Najib however denied that he had advised Saiful to lodge the police report against Anwar, the PKR de facto leader and opposition chief.

The admission by the deputy premier today was a shocker as previously he had acknowledged Saiful meeting his special officer three months ago to seek government scholarship.

At the time, he did not disclose about this personal meeting with Saiful.

“There are two elements. He (Saiful) came to the office to seek help for scholarship and he only met with my special officer.

“He (also) came to my house because he needed help because he was so traumatised, so that was it.

“I am saying it because there has never been a conspiracy, you can’t link the two things together. He just came for help, that’s all and he never met me when he came to my office,” said the deputy premier.

Najib’s admission that he had met Saiful days before he lodged the police report is likely to bolster Anwar’s claims of a conspiracy.

Here is the question: Why didn’t he admit that he had met Saiful at his home just days before Saiful lodged the police report. He only said, that Saiful went to his office to seek help to get a scholarship and that he only met with his special officer.  Why? Let me tell you why; because he lied! Thinking no one would find out as Saiful went to his house, not office. By the way, I just don’t get it. Is he, Najib so accesible that even a someone like Saiful, who is just a student could get to see him in his house? Wow! This is a revelation!

Listen people, if you have any problem call up Mr. Good, Friendly, Helpful Najib and he will invite you to his house, and advise that “it’s up to you, so you decide for yourself.” Such a profound advice! And I’m sure the friendly, concerned Rosmah will make you teh tarik and maybe give you a good hot bath!

One more thing. I find it strange is that Badawi did not defend Najib this time. He perfered not to make comment. Why? Naughty, naughty, naughty!!!

And this “in” word keeps popping out - Sub judice! Every other person seems to be using it lately. So I checked up the dictionary and this is what I got:

Sub judice - “being examined in court: currently under consideration by a judge or a court of law and therefore not to be commented upon publicly”

Ok, I’m no learned lawyer or do I know anything about law. But these new Statutory Declarations, allegations or evidences, are they being examined in the court now?  Are they currently under consideration by the judge? These new allegations was never brought up in the court for consideration in the first place - so how can it be sub judice? And who is commenting on what is being considered in the court? I humbly need to understand. Thanks.
